[Diy_efi] new EFI controller

$500 isn't bad, and user friendliness is great as well

i would encourage that my suggestions be at least considered, the more 
universal, the better.

by the way, my factory ecu has (2) 32bit processors ;) . and it was designed 
in the early 90's.

anyways, all i'm trying to contribute, is that the more universal it is, the 
better, and the more widespread applications that it can be used on. i need 
an extra injector controller, and something to program general purpose 
outputs, based on boost/rpm/tps, i haven't not found anyone that makes one 
yet either
