[Diy_efi] injector sequencing.

What about using a separate extra injector control to control the injectors 
that need to open above a certain point? I know someone who makes such a 
thing that, if I recall correctly, can handle 10 extra injectors in batch 
mode. It is MAP and RPM based, only question being whether setting the 
lowest rpm point will mean the injectors will only work from that point 
onwards.
