[Diy_efi] ESC needed without knock sensor?

I dont think it can be totally disabled in the chip, youll need to run 12v. 
through a 3.9k resistor to pinout b7, until I did this my timing was 
erratic...This eliminated the code 43, and spark timing tamed quite a bit, 
but am still getting random fluctuation at idle..
