I make it about 1.5kW
Rolling resistance is about that magnitude. Around 2kW,
depending on surface, tyres and actual vehicle mass (calculation
based on 1.3t, modern radials and smooth surface ==> f=0.010).
Total around 3.5kW, less for lighter vehicles.

It does, doesn't it.
Ancillaries: Esp. aircon (2 to 4 kW) and alternator (1 kW). Oil and
water pumping requirements are also not insignificant at idle when
the engine is cold.
