[Diy_efi] Audi Chip

If I remember correctly from my old Hitachi numbers it
is most likely a ROM based micro, or it could be a dedicated
timer chip and the rom is elsewhere, I also recall some people
with sole european ECUs were unsoldering the rom and repalcing it
with an eeprom,
