[Diy_efi] LS1 tee connector

Hello: I want to run an LS1 with the stock return less fuel rail on  a
engine stand. I  don't have the fuel pump or tee connector.
I need to fab up a non vac ref. regulator and Tee connector. Is the Tee
connector just a calibrated orifice that always returns X amount of fuel
back to the pump ?  Thanks  Don
