Ben,
There are two other ways of increasing flow - go to an injector with a
higher flow rate - or increase the fuel pressure. Almost no one
increases the pressure. Ethanol requires much more volume, so you
will probably have to both go to a bigger injector and a wider pulse
width. You need hardware in order to modify the programs.
A great alternative is the Megasquirt. It is a Diy - EFI and allows
you to make the changes you need. It would be quite a challenge for a
competition but many people have got theirs working.
Any of these changes probably makes it illegal to drive the car on the highway.
Good luck,
Bobby

I am have been told that increasing the pulse-width on the injectors will result in the increased flow that is necessary for an stoichiometric ethanol combustion. Are there others ways of acomplishing increased fuel flow? And what are some software programs that would allow modifications to be made to the fuel system. Any advice or suggestions in this area would be extremely helpful because I am new to all of this. Thank you,
