what is CFI???? and most fuel injections run a bit higher than 12 or 24psi... my Grand prix eng runs at 52lbs

Trying to chase down something that I had heard about later throttle bodies needing higher pressure, something like 24 psi instead of 12. As I had a deisel before i'm using an inline pump, but not sure which to buy. Have heard of some early ford CFI inline pumps used for this application.
