[Diy_efi] Injector duty cycle meter

I've seen a number of web sites with instructions on making an LED display
air/fuel ratio meter using the O2 sensor signal. Does anyone know of any
information on making a similar meter for measuring injector duty cycle?
I've seen a couple of meters like this available for sale, but never any
information or instructions on making your own.
