Forgot to reply to this.  The part number for the 4.3L TBI gas tank =
sender is 25004938.  It doesn't include a pump.  It was $130 shipped.  =
yikes!  If you can get the tank with a good sender for $100 I wouldn't =
spend much time thinking about it.
