[Diy_efi] opening ford obd II

A frend and I are tring to write data into the ROM in a ford EEC V ECU. We 
have the data required to pull the seed from the ECU, but we do not know how 
to decode it.

I am told that the decoding method changes with each ECU. Is this true?

If anyone has any thoughts or info, I'm all ears.
