GM would never spend shareholder money on a boondoggle like that.  =
Hydrogen plays well in the press -- after all everyone knows burnt =
hydrogen is water, and we're about to run out of potable water anyway.  =
That money is US tax dollars hard (or not so hard) at work.  How will it =
turn out?

Federal dollars paid for development of the Saturn EV-1.  Toyota =
developed the Prius.  Which turned out better?
