Hi folks...
I've been fighting with this leaky fuel rail for days now, trying to get =
my car to run. The fuel rail was standard extrusion from Holley, that I =
used a 35/64" drill bit to drill the injector holes in, followed up with =
a de-burrer and chamfer. But now I'm worried that it may have been too =
big???? New o-rings all around... The angles of the injectors are not =
perfect either, as I did it all on a cheapie drill press, and it's hard =
to center a 35/64 inside a 3/4" hole...but I DID epoxy the bungs in with =
the injectors and fuel rail in them.=20
Now that I've made hold-downs and used a secondary o-ring and C-clip at =
the bottom of the injector, it isn't nearly as bad, but still mists fuel =
in certain places.

Can I get an oversized o-ring or something that will alleviate this =
problem??? Anyone have ANYthing to input here???????
I'm gonna epoxy those f#()#*^#ing injectors on the fuel rail!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chris
