First, this is the wrong list for this kind of question.

Typically, the air hammer method will do the trick. If you can do it without
damaging anything, have someone put a prybar on the back side and try to
move it while hitting it with the air hammer. Also, be sure you've got a
strong air hammer. A Harbor Freight unit won't cut it. If that doesn't work,
sounds like the press is the way to go.
