[Diy_efi] Fuel delivery top mounts

RC adapts o-ring injectors to top hose mounting by removing the o-ring
mounts and machining grooves on the outside of the injector inlet. They did
this for my Kawasaki which has a tubular fuel rail and hose mounted
injectors like this one
