[Gmecm] PCM Connectors -- Where do I find these odd parts

The black Delphi  'retainer' is #12129021.  Have no idea if this item is
available from GM, or if part # is still valid.  BTW, valid #s do not auto
matically suggest item is available from a GM dealer.  Some Delphi #s
need to be obtained strictly from a Delphi electrical component supplier.
