[Diy_efi] Fuel pump run time with key on

Nobody has mentioned the regulator.  A faulty regulator will not hold
pressure.  So will leaky supply lines.  =20

When I turn the key on, my fuel pump runs for 2 seconds to prime the
system.  Unfortunately, my fuel drains back to the tank almost
immediately and I have to turn the key off and on 5 times to start it up
without having to crank it forever.  Is there a setting in the computer
to make it run longer?  91 grand prix SE 3.4 DOHC 5 speed using DF code.
