No you wont find electronic injectors to fit your engine.
the closest you will get is an electronically controlled injection pump as
fitted to nissan / isuzu / mazda engines ( COVEC PUMP ) which has electronic
control over fuel and timing ( no control over length of injection and no
pre injection )
