Attached is a old circuit i drew about 5 years ago for the group.

I reckon if ya added your pic to this in place of the s/w's you will go 
fine.
and as said by others .....4 files......4 chechsums .......same base 
file for all 4.
you can pull the logic high or low with the resistor ....either way wont 
matter.
