[Diy_efi] Lead fuel compatible O2 sensor

It's true GM has been using WBO2 technology since 1998 (Catera). Then in
2000 on the L-series Saturns, 2002 Saturn VUE, 2003 CTS all with the GME V6
variants. Being Opel based, they were all using Bosch Motronic controllers
and therefore were "forced" into the technology in a sense. GM NAO doesn't
really call them a "Lambda sensor", they called them Wide Range O2 (WRO2)
However the scan tool data stream does of course include a Lambda pid (as
well as O2 voltage, pumping cell current, heater current and of course A:F
ratio. So when stoic ratios are required the system attempts to achieve
Lambda=1, just as older NB technology did. The difference is a required fuel
control "solution" is more easily obtained by observing the existing Lambda
value to drive the control strategy. More recently the new LH2 Northstar
engine began using WBO2 as well, using a newer P-series Delphi control unit
that includes a WBO2 controller.
