[Diy_efi] Speed Sensor

I would go with the JTR sensor that hooks into your speedomotor cable.  If 
the transmission was electronic (my 94 4l60E truck is) you will want to 
program the PCM with a manual transmission binary so that it is not looking 
for the auto shift solenoids.  The speedo signal is definitely needed for 
the PCM to determine the proper fuel and idle cells to use.
