[Diy_efi] SmartPlugs redux

Found the website for these devices, which is oddly
and eerily similar to the one for the Greenfire plugs:

http://www.smartplugs.com/index.html

Many of the engineering links are broken.

One linked site suggests that the SmartPlugs need to
be "timed" before use, and require a pressure sensor
to operate properly (could this be a missing piece of
the puzzle?), but no mention of either is made on the
SmartPlug website, as near as I can figure.

SmartPlugs are also "not in production", and cannot be
obtained, apparently, but the website suggests that
they were sold previously.

Looks a bit sketchy... But I'm more than happy to
evaluate a set and find out what's what.

Oh, the "aquanol" they were running? 70% ethanol and
30% water, with the water designed to go in in a
highly atomized form. Water injection with a regular
alcohol-burning SI engine, it would appear, although
30% water seems rather high to me (but then again,
I've never run water injection).
