[Diy_efi] Fuel injector part number

the 04591756AB number sounds like a Chrysler part
number, as far as that fuel pressure regulator looking
thing, it is a pulsator, simply a rubber diaphragm and
a light spring that keeps the fuel pressure even as
the injectors open and close, it probably has a nipple
for a vacuum line, and would have a vacuum line
connected as a safety measure to prevent fuel spraying
all over if the diaphragm ruptures.  I think the
pulsator is more to control noise than for any other
reason.  Chrysler often incorporates the fuel pressure
regulator and the fuel filter into the fuel tank
sending unit/pump, although a variable speed pump in
not out of the question.
