[Diy_efi] OT - cap/rotor clearance correction - 0.045 thou

It looks like it was designed with plenty of room to take it down to what 
ever clearance you need, as if it were intended for more than one "clearance" 
application.

I would not have thought twice and just shaved it down and run with it.
