[Diy_efi] [ot] Oil pressure during cranking ?

hi, u should get pressure while cranking the engine.
 a couple of weeks ago , i rebuilt a 308 holden , cranked it for  ages, 
still no pressure, what i had to do is  put a heap of grease in the  oil 
pump , and as soon as i started cranking, i had oil pressure.
