[Gmecm] KREFANGL / DIS timing algorithm

Still trying to run Northstar with 7730.

Starting with $A1 mask for pushrod V6, the following changes have been made:
Import 3.4 TDC VE and idle VE tables... probably closer to what the
Northstar would like than 3.1 pushrod VE tables.
Cylinder select: 8
Fuel delivery mode: $00 (should be 8 cylinder)
BPC vs EGR table entries set to 0.11, which should be appropriate for this
engine's injector size/cylinder displacement ratio.

Now... what does "spark reference angle" (aka: KREFANGL) do? It is set for
60 in the V6 code, but from the description I read here:
http://www.sunflower.com/~leroy/P4/section11.htm
it sounds like base timing advance, as determined by the coil pack, but
isn't that KINITSPK?
