[Diy_efi] Bosch 30014 transistor

One of my favourite places to search for electronic debris is 
www.findchips.com - no registration needed. It's sort of the "dogpile" of 
the micro world, it looks for parts with a whole or partial number across 
about a dozen suppliers simultaneously.
