[Diy_efi] EGR Delete?

[93 Formula]

When The hooker headers went on, my EGR pipe needed to be cut and I capped 
it off as shown on this page: http://findfastcars.com/93pics2.htm

I am now wondering what - if anything - I should change in the computer to 
turn the egr off or will it not harm anything the way it is?
