Dunno about the familial relationship of 403 and 350 Oldsmobiles, but as 
a (thankfully) former owner I can testify: '78 Sevilles had a 350 
Oldsmobile engine, port injected with a central throttle body.  Monster 
PITA as I experienced it with my limited knowledge back then, but one 
might serve your needs.  I believe there was an Olds right about then 
that had the same awful-looking trunk abortion, and it had the same 
engine AFAIR.
