[Diy_efi] IAC whistles at idle

Is it a GM (Rochester) TBI unit you are using? On those, the IAC usually
is flange mounted to the TBI housing and secured by two torx screws.
Don't try to disassemble the IAC unless you have plenty of them laying
around and can sacrifice one or another.
