[Diy_efi] dis 90 cutlass v6 3.1

I was thinking if its going to be running a distributor there wouldn't be
much need for coilpacks, nor a synch pulse.  (just fire the damn coil and
let the distributor worry about it)...   *shrugs*  hey, why not oversimplify
things ;)
