Don't use fuel 'dryers' containing ethanol or methanol
alcohols- they actually make the problem worse.
Isopropyl alcohol doesn't.

One example is 'HEET'. It comes in regular, in a
yellow bottle, and 'ISO-HEET' in a red bottle.
'ISO-HEET' contains isopropyl alcohol. Costs a bit
more though.
