All very high tech, I usually use an AVO. For example 12V at 100% = 12V, 12V
at 50% = 6V. For a peak and hold injector the calculations would be a little
more complex. This is also the method specified in my FSM for measuring duty
cycles - of course they specify a Suzuki meter which I'm sure costs a lot
more than an old AVO.
