[Efi332] BDM troubles

SP2 here also.

FYI: I'm told that OCDRemote has nothing to do with OCDCommander, you don't
want to run OCDRemote when you are running OCDCommander.

Hmm, anyone know how the debugger decides the target is powered up (what
signal it monitors)?
