How close would a Honda 1.5 TB or Mistu 2.6 TB injector setup be?  Could it 
be a matter of drilling/helicoiling the pad on the intake? Then you just 
gotta rig the electronics. A possibility to look into.  Or..hmm...a Nissan 
Sentra....er..88-90ish E16I throttle body....something along those lines just 
might do the trick Dave!
