3800 motor swap, and EGR adapter plate

Hey all.. does anyone know of any kind of adapter plate that is out there to make the bottom ports on a digital egr fit onto the mounting plate for a linear egr valve?
I'm doing a motor swap putting a 97 3800 supercharged into a 1988 buick Lesabre T-type, and I am using the stock computer so using the stock egr, any advice?
