decompile

This message is more for Ludis, I think.
I was on his page yesterday and he has decompiled proms.  It appears that 
the decomplier has grouped the tables and has identified the which groups 
are words and which are bytes.  Is that true?

Second, can I get a decompiler or can someone decompile the 16136965 proms 
that I have?

Finally, where do I get info on the assembly commands?  I familiar w/ 80x86 
assembly and some of it looks familiar but I'm already guessing a lot as it 
is.
