Stepped on PROM dumps

Thanks again Ludis.  Your timing couldn't have been better.  If anyone
wants to know exactly what happens when these files are run, send me a
note.  I've got a bunch of time into trying to figure out a bizarre
closed loop problem they caused. At least it's fixed.
