Another '165 4-cyl app

Here's another 1227165 four cylinder TBI application:  1986 J-cars with
the TBI 2.0 pushrod four and with a manual transmission.  Other years,
other bodies, other engines, and automatics use a different ECM.

So, the 4-cyl TBI owner now has the choice of four '165 applications:
the J-car 2.0, the S10 2.5, and the LeMans 1.6 & 2.0.  (The LeMans uses
a 1227303 ECM which is a stripped down '165.)
