M6811DIS Disassembler

Just wanted to drop a note to everybody about this program, well actually a
public thanks to Donald for his great help off list guiding me through the
use of his program.
It is really quite easy once you are shown, to get a full disassembly of any
Bin.
I've done probably 5 or 6 now, and they all re-assemble 100% matched.
