What does stoich mean?

Theoretically, there is no free O2 left at stoich, and the combustion 
byproducts are H2O and CO2...  In the real world there is CO and HC 
remaining and a few other nasty substances...  At stoich you actually see 
approximately .450 volts and the voltage swings high and low d\from 
.450...  Extremely rich (Possibly by the migration osmotically of O2 
through the Zirconia sensor element to the HC rich environment) shows .9v 
to 1 volt... Extremely lean shows .1 volts or so.
