What does stoich mean?

By definition, the stoichiometric ratio is when
you balance the chemical equation so that there
is no free oxygen left. Wouldn't the O2 sensor
show 1 volt (max diff of outside to inside O2)
at stoich? Is there incomplete combustion even
though the input mixture is at stoich? The combustion
products are undoubtedly more complex than my simple
view, what with all the binding energies and such.

Found a chem book at the used book store and
found my old thermodynamics book since my last
fumbling with slugs on the list.

n2o & isopropyl alcohol

C3H7OH + 9 N2O => 3 CO2 + 4 H2O + 9 N2

g/mole

C 12.01
H 1.0079
O 16
N 14.0067

So stoich is 6.6:1 Nitrous:Alky

Wonder what each size nozzle flows at what pressure?

I am too dangerous. Better pay close attention to
my EGT!
