Good suggestions, I just went to the AMP site following your links, cool
stuff.  A company somewhere used to make rows of dip header sockets that
could be cut down, so if its 66 pins, you cut at 67, toss the insides of
the 67 position, then trim neatly, but I can't find it anywhere, even
digikey.

I think I will cut up a memcal I don't need and go from there, or use
the amp connectors.  One of the things I wanted to do since I don't have
a burner yet is use a Dallas static ram chip in the ECM until I get
tuning correct, and have a simple interface that sits in high-Z mode
unless the ECM is off, and I want to download a new image.

Upgrade on the fly :)
