Compare it side by side with the good memcal and ensure the EPROM is 
sitting in the same holes... I know the mem-cals have more pins in them 
than needed and if the chip is off by 1 row, your symptoms will 
happen.  Also make sure the notch in the end of the EPROM is in the same 
orientation as the notch on the still good mem-cal.
