7747 spd limit first, trip timers next?

The hot set-up would be using a front ABS sensor on a RWD car, yes.
Most "tone rings" give good resolution, and min roll out.
But, more often then not I venture the listers here are just using a VSS.
Just use a comparator, and feed that to the same divide by /pulse system.
