LT1 Prom editor project!

My only suggestion is to make it customizable in the style of promedit,
via a .ecu type of file.  That'll make it much more widely usable.  I'd
also suggest (if you're writing it in C or C++) using a class library
called "V".  The V class library is good for generic windowed programs,
and is the same at the source level for unix, windows, and os/2.  With
that and a text file that describes the PROM layout, your program would
be usable by everyone.
