Turbo P4 doc

I *found* a Delco document on the '88
Turbo Sunbird.  The Syclone/Typhoon
just happen to run the same algorithms.
In fact, they both use the 1227749 ECM.

This document describes the bi-directional
8192 serial interface protocol for the
Turbo P4 cars along with a bunch of
other stuff...

I scanned it in, and sent it to Richard
Tomlinson (author of Promgrammer)
He OCR-ed it, and I created a table of
contents etc.

It's not perfect, but it should
give you and idea of how the Turbo P4
operates.  Some of the sections are gone.
