2.8 Fiero Turbo Project

| ratty (a bit off for this 2.8L). I loaded it into the upper 128k of the 256K
| for the 7730.

The lower 16k x 8 of a 64k x 8 EPROM in a 730 is inaccessible. If you
check the board routing, A15 of the larger EPROM is tied high. The EPROM
can be either a 32k x 8 or 64k x 8, probably depending on what GM had
in stock and the cheapest at the time.
