Thanks a lot for all this great info Jeff... It really helps out a lot.

I got a fax today from ATSG through a tranny guy in my neighbourhood.
This fax has the pinnout for the 65E transmission. I am running a 92 ecm
from a bonneville and from the way this this paper looks... I don't see it
working. The wiring is as follows :

1-2 Shift Solenoid
2-3 Shift Solenoid
EPC Solenoid
TCC/PWM Solenoid

Input Shaft Speed Sensor (two wires - turbine speed, obviously not
nessecary, just an output)

This is the part I'm not sure about :

Pressure Switch Assembly :  Pink Rance "A"   - Connected internally to
revery and Lo switch
                                            Yellow - Connected internally to
TCC release switch
                                            Red Range "C" - Connected to a
"D4" which is in series with "D2"
                                            Dark Blue Range "B" Connected to
a "D3" switch??



and of course there is the Trans Temp output thermistor
