hot fuel module

The "Fuel Module" is used in the long wheelbase vehicles to extend the time
that the fuel pump runs when the ignition is first turned on. The ECM fuel
pump signal will only run the pump for two seconds after the ignition is
turned on. This module extends that time to 20 seconds.
